We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Company Secretary Assistant to join our team, who will be responsible for handling a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters including preparation and review of directors' resolutions, preparation of materials for meetings, and updating minute books and registers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with management, directors, and auditors
  • Providing information and updates on corporate secretarial matters

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any field
  • Knowledge in company secretary work
  • Familiarity with ACRA website and e-filing requirements in Bizfile
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcome)
