**This role will be providing secretarial support to a Senior Management Staff.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide secretarial support to the senior management
- Prepare and manage correspondences
- Organize and coordinate meetings, schedule and travel arrangements
- Ensure claims and expenses are processed and recorded into the system
- Ensure proper filing and documentation
- Assist to prepare presentation materials
- Other support duties as and when required
**Requirements**:
- Possess strong experience in providing secretarial support.
- Experience in supporting Senior Management staff across different nationalities
- Possess strong organization skills
- Detail oriented and independent individual
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in using Microsoft software
- Min. GCE ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma
- Certification in Secretarial/ Business Support/Office Skills is preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
