**Requirements**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Secretary or in a similar role.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

Legal Compliance:

- Familiarity with secretarial duties, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience in preparing and filing legal documentation.
