**The Role**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide effective administrative and secretarial support including managing schedule, arranging and coordinating meetings/ teleconferences, etc. for Senior Management
- Work closely with office admin and all secretaries/ executive assistants within Vertex’s group
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned including assisting the office day-to-day operation and administration matters such as filing, data entry, providing support to projects, etc.
**Requirements**:
- Good Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution
- 3 to 5 years of relevant secretarial work experience in supporting senior executives
- Good time management, organized, resourceful and meticulous with good problem-solving capabilities
- Proactive with a positive work attitude and ability to multi-task
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
- Well-versed in Microsoft tools (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint, etc)
- Strong English verbal and written communications skills are essential
