**JOB PURPOSE**:
Provides secretarial support to senior managers and liaise with EXCOM, HODs and operations’ department heads. Provides administrative support for the Executive Office as designated by Executive Secretary. To use independent judgement and initiatives to resolve problems. To assist senior managers in maintaining effective and positive working relationships with EXCOM, HODs and operation’s department heads. Provides support to the senior managers in the absence of Executive Secretary.
**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**1. **Assist senior managers in day-to-day business/operations and administrative duties.
**2. **Manage senior managers' Outlook calendar, coordinate and schedule meetings, screening of phone calls, and expenses claims.
**3. **Participate in HOD and department meetings (where required). Transcript and prepare meeting minutes. Assist senior managers in the preparation of presentation slides.
**4. **Assist General Manager and senior managers on ad-hoc projects. Ensure project timeline is followed through and timely follow-up with stakeholders on completion.
**5. **Assist senior managers in VIP room reservation requests (from all channels including Brand Loyalty programme), amenities and welcome cards arrangements.
**6. **Whilst respecting the confidentiality of others, communicate to senior managers what may be considered essential that he/she knows in order to optimise the performance of the Operations teams. Ensure discreet handling of all businesses.
**7. **Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in administrative work
