Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the business objectives, evolving needs, and current market trends.
    Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of 16 recruitment leads and recruiters, driving recruitment efforts locally and internationally.
    Analyze and anticipate industry trends to identify future talent needs, ensuring the recruitment strategy is forward-thinking and adaptable.
  2. Team Management and Development:Lead and motivate the recruitment team, ensuring they are effectively executing the recruitment process and maintaining a strong focus on candidate experience.
    Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to the recruitment team to enhance their performance and skills.
  3. Talent Sourcing and Attraction:Advise business leaders and department stakeholders on developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for educators, corporate, and support roles.
    Lead efforts to build a strong talent pipeline for high-priority roles, including the Management Associate Programme and other key business functions.
    Manage partnerships with external stakeholders such as government agencies, educational institutions, and corporate partners to foster talent sourcing, internships, and recruitment outreach initiatives.
  4. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and promote a strong employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns.
    Drive the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance the candidate experience, from the application process to onboarding.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize recruitment metrics and data to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
    Present data-backed insights to the leadership team and business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
  6. Budget and Resource Management:Oversee the talent acquisition budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with business objectives and optimizing cost-efficiency.
    Ensure that recruitment resources are used effectively to meet the organization's hiring needs.
