Roles & Responsibilities

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Our client is looking for a talented and motivated (and fun to work with) Talent Acquisition Executive to join our internal recruitment function. Based in our Singapore office, this individual will help source the very best talent for our APAC business across Global Support, Sales, Analyst, Marketing, Technology and Content. The Talent Acquisition team is crucial to the continued growth and success of the business as it continues to scale, and we are truly passionate about what we do
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) to ensure accurate reporting
- Actively sourcing talent via LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct interviews
- Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc tasks such as test arrangements
- Partner with shared service centers & HR colleagues regionally on contracts and admin
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Agency / In-House TA recruitment/resourcing experience
- Extremely organised and comfortable multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment
Well versed with MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Have an eye for detail, nothing gets past you
- Fun, flexible and autonomous
