Roles & Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for execution of MooVita’s talent acquisition strategies. The Talent Acquisition scope is a full-cycle process including: talent sourcing, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding for full time staff as well as internships. The responsibilities of the TA Executive include, but are not limited to:

- Execution of talent acquisition (TA) and sourcing strategies that identify and secure a highly talented workforce and scale to support the company’s continued growth
- Partner with business leaders and all areas of HR to understand business needs, grow talent pipelines, and source for positions within the company in the present and in the future
- Ensure that forward looking and competitive programs and processes are developed, implemented and sustained
- Secure TA tools and resources to enable teams to meet strategic talent acquisition targets
- Full recruitment cycle from identifying needs, job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, salary proposal to onboarding
- Oversee and optimize technology platforms
- Align with and support talent management programs
- Develop, implement & maintain university relations strategy and partnerships

Must-Haves:

- Bachelor degree and/or 1 year of work experience
- Customer service oriented to provide a high level of recruiting excellence
Ability to handle constant change with ease and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal and organizational awareness
- Passionate about recruiting top talent as demonstrated by high level of energy, positive and upbeat attitude
- Ability to handle Special Projects as assigned
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in business communications

Good-to-have:

- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment be it in agencies, RPOs or in-house
- Ability to develop relationships with partners and management across multiple locations
Experience staffing positions across entry to senior positions in both Technical and non-Technical roles
