**Role Summary**
- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia market and enhance our employer band.-
**Key Responsibilities;**
- **Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- **Employer Branding**: Collaborate with marketing and communications to enhance our employer brand and promote our company culture.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and company policies
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, including leadership positions.
- Prior experience in hiring for urban development, Engineering &/or corporate related roles advantageous
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with the Vietnam job market, local talent pools, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and best practices.
