We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to join our Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA) regional office in Singapore.

**As a Director of Talent Acquisition, we rely on you to**:
Oversee the recruitment and selection of designated talents for SEAA region.
Collaborate with the Hotel Directors of HR on an overall resourcing strategy in line with current and future capabilities as well as required skillsets to meet talent needs of the hotels and region.
Develop a future generation blue collar workforce strategy in collaboration with Hotel Directors of HR and all stakeholders to ensure that hotels and properties have an optimal mix of talent, employment models and programs for its people to support and make meaningful impact on business performance.
Work on recruitment, resourcing and plan for recruitment needs in line with future capabilities and required skillsets.
Coordinate and monitor implementation of corporate resources strategy, recruitment policies, systems, processes, tools, corporate initiatives and programs.
Provide consultation and support to Hotel General Managers and Directors of HR on recruitment and resourcing issues.

**We are looking for someone who**:
Has a Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional certifications in Human Resources, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or other related Business, Social or Behavioral Science fields
Has at least 8 years of experience in a Senior Recruitment role in executive search firms or large global organisation.
Preferably has experience working in a Human Resource Generalist role in hospitality or related industry
Has excellent interpersonal and communications skills, a strong entrepreneurial spirit, out-of-the-box and critical-thinking skills
Has long-range strategic thinking with an appreciation of diverse business and cultural contexts and sensitivities, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
