We are looking for a **Director of HR & Talent Acquisition**to join HBA Singapore office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads to forecast workforce needs
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive talent markets, and innovative recruitment technologies.

**Recruitment Operations**:

- Optimize sourcing strategies (e.g., direct sourcing, agencies, referrals, social recruiting, campus recruiting).
- Oversee and manage ATS system

**Team Management & Collaboration**:

- Lead, build & mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Hiring Managers, Partners of each HBA offices to align talent needs with business objectives.

**Technology & Process Improvement**:

- Evaluate and implement recruitment tools (ATS, CRM, AI sourcing tools) to streamline hiring.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**:More than 10 years of international work experience in global talent acquisition. You will have a track record of placing creative talent in different locations (i.e. Asia, Europe & the US). Both agencies & in-house recruitment experience are required for this position.
- **Industry Knowledge**:You must have minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in architectural & interior design industry.
- **Language skills**:Fluent in English and Mandarin
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment in architectural and interior design industries
- Demonstrable experience in building and managing a recruitment team
- Proficiency with ATS system, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong industry knowledge (competitor, market salary, etc.)
