Overview

HR Director - Global Manufacturing (ID: 37190)

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies across the global operations, aligning with business goals while supporting the manufacturing operations.
  • Drive regional succession planning, and leadership development programs to ensure a robust pipeline of future-ready talent. Implement initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing teams across multiple sites.
  • Champion employee engagement and culture-building efforts across culturally diverse locations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies across all sites. Oversee industrial/employee relations, performance management, and HR operations with a strong focus on continuous improvement and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or global operations and at least 10 years of managerial leadership role in a matrix multinational environment
  • High competency in business acumen, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder influence.
