Roles & Responsibilities
  • Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
  • Handles guests' inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
  • Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
  • Performs other related tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • 'O' level & above with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
    Diploma with no experience is welcome to apply.
  • 5 day work (3 rotating shift).
  • Benefits: Meal Allowance + AWS & other benefits.
