As the Guest Services Officer - Guest Services Centre, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your guests. **Qualifications**:
Your Profile
- Possesses minimum G.C.E. "O" levels.
- No prior experience is needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel or call centre operations will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, telephone, interpersonal and customer relations/service skills.
- A can-do attitude.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
