Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the company's finance and HR functions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
  • Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital.
  • Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing and selecting candidates.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and HR laws and regulations.
  • Manage and develop a team of finance and HR professionals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and MOM regulations.
  • Prior experience in ERP INFOR is preferred.
  • A Chartered Accountant is an added advantage.
