Our Company:
We are a boutique aluminium fabricator and carry a range of windows and doors, shower screens and other glass related products.
Responsibilities:
1. Admin/HR
- General office admin
- Human Resource tasks: Recruitment, onboarding, workpass renewal, leave tracking, etc.
- Work with Operations Manager on scheduling tasks
- Updating systems & generating reports
2.
Finance:
- Working with Sales team on accounts receivables
- Verifying accounts payables & payment preparation
- Handling petty cash, claims, commission calculation
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
Requirements:
- 3 years of work experience (Relevant industry experience would be an advantage)
- Dedicated, mature and a team player
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Open to picking up new software and technology
- Proficient in MS office, ERP and accounting software (XERO would be an advantage)
