SML Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd is a company providing advisory and corporate secretarial services including accounting, taxation, audit and corp sec services.
We are expanding our team and looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
The HR & Admin Manager will handle most of the HR & Admin matters for our IT Clients
He/ she will:
Manage a portfolio of IT clients on all matters with regards to corporate secretarial and HR matters.
Lead management meetings as to work process, HR policies, technical and business development matters.
Be responsible for productivity and profitability of the assigned portfolio
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in IT, Law or Accountancy with good experience in HR and Admin work
Organized and meticulous
Good knowledge of Singapore Companies Act, ACRA Bizfile and MOM rules and regulations
At least 1-2 years of work experience preferably in China
MS Office Skills required
