Responsibilities include:

  • Further develop all HR policies and SRT's approach to resource management and training of fulltime staff as well as freelance staff.
  • Be the point person for all HR related matters for fulltime staff which includes onboarding to offboarding processes such as benefits enrolment, maintaining employee data, preparing HR letters, and maintaining eleave records.
  • Manage HR queries and support in the planning and execution of HR activities and events.
  • Further develop SRT's Company Policy Handbook to ensure compliance with Singapore's Employment Law but also to ensure SRT is an employer by choice.
  • Assist with facility management of SRT's office and all related equipment.
  • Other adhoc HR & Admin duties and projects as delegated by Management which includes updating all governmentrelated stats and data requirements.
  • Promote employment engagement and leadership in further developing a strong company culture.

Requirements:

  • Business degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline, and/or equivalent of at least 35 years of work experience in an HR Team.
  • Good oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment in the creative industry.
  • Team player who works well autonomously and interacts effectively with others.
  • Places high value of standard on professionalism, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Enthusiastic about processes and structure whilst also having the ability to flexibly adapt to changing needs and situations.
