Roles & Responsibilities

Human Resource & Admin Manager


Reporting to Financial Controller and dotted line reporting to Chief People officer at HQ, HR and Admin Manager is expected to possess timely decision-making, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills coupled with empathy.

Apart from these, Human Resource & Admin Manager must be well-educated in their field of expertise and has ample work experience.

Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration including staff medical insurance.

Ensure timely submission of CPF, IRAS and other reports to the relevant boards.

Efficiently handle company's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes as per requirements of Dept heads.

Maintain staff intranet and update Staff handbook on policies as and when required.

Ensures planning, monitoring, and timely submission of half yearly and annual appraisal of employee work results.

Scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.

Implementation of all employee safety measures required.

Provide and prepare Payroll report for auditors.

Handle queries from and submit surveys from statutory boards in time.

In charge of full spectrum of office administration and pantry supplies replenishment.

Liaise with IT vendors for resolving IT issues for staff.

Requirements:

Degrees in Human Resource Management, Business Studies & Management.

Has managerial experience for at least 3 years.

Excellent in communication both verbal & written.

Proficient in both - Chinese & English.

Pleasant and committed personal

Good team player and able lead by example.

Well versed in Human Resource system, SME payroll viz Easy pay.
