Job Description:

  • Draft and publish job postings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, and internal channels).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain an organized candidate database and track application statuses.
  • Communicate with candidates professionally to provide updates on their application progress.
  • Assist the HR team with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning.
