As a key member of the HR department, this individual will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for administrative positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments to ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
  • Utilize Workday to manage candidate data and hiring records.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
