Corporate Staff Recruiter

The Assistant Manager, Recruitment Operation, will oversee a team of Senior/Executives in supporting HR operations related to corporate staff recruitment, data management, and appointment confirmation.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily recruitment operations for hiring corporate staff
- Manage recruitment processes for assigned colleges/schools/departments/research institutes/departments
- Ensure smooth contract management processes
- Identify areas for improvements in recruitment process efficiency
- Responsible for data accuracy by team members, including new hire entries, one-time payments, and assigning costing allocations
- Oversee processing of confirmation or extension of probation for corporate staff within the University
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (Human Resources)
- Preferably minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an HR environment with supervisory skills
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour laws of Singapore
- Comfortable handling/reviewing high-volume transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge with Workday advantageous
