Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Recruitment Operation, will oversee a team of Senior/Executives in supporting HR operations related to corporate staff recruitment, data management, and appointment confirmation.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily recruitment operations for hiring corporate staff
  • Manage recruitment processes for assigned colleges/schools/departments/research institutes/departments
  • Ensure smooth contract management processes
  • Identify areas for improvements in recruitment process efficiency
  • Responsible for data accuracy by team members, including new hire entries, one-time payments, and assigning costing allocations
  • Oversee processing of confirmation or extension of probation for corporate staff within the University
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (Human Resources)
  • Preferably minimum 4 years of relevant experience in an HR environment with supervisory skills
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour laws of Singapore
  • Comfortable handling/reviewing high-volume transactions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge with Workday advantageous
