Corporate Services Executive

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (FCCS) is recruiting a Corporate Services Executive for the Corporate Services & Recruitment department.
The Corporate & Recruitment Services department, also known as "Le Booster", includes recruitment, company set up, work and family passes application and Business Centre services.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, the Corporate Services Executive will be responsible for the commercial development (revenue generation) and delivery of all corporate services:
- MOM passes applications
- virtual office
- business set-up
Your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Enquiry management (through emails/calls):
•Acknowledge, answer or forward to the relevant Teams in a timely manner incoming requests from companies or individuals received through the general email.
•Provide appropriate information or documents to assess enquiries' level of qualification.
•After successful screening and qualification process, organise meeting/call with prospects.
Work and Family Passes and Virtual Office (70%):
•Promote FCCS corporate services to gain new prospects/clients.
•Attend to direct incoming enquiries to transform into services.
•Check and assess work pass requirements (SAT, paid up capital, turnover, staff strength).
•Maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure renewal of services.
•MOM Passes (EP/DP/...): handle applications autonomously, lead and follow procedures until application's outcome and delivery of the pass(es) (Application, Renewal, Cancellation)
•Virtual Office: finalise the sale of the service and pass on to Admin team for
implementation and follow-up.
•Keep all information / documentation on the services updated at all times, including the CRM system.
Company set-up (30%):
•Pro-actively identify new companies or individuals looking to set-up in Singapore.
•Attend to direct incoming enquiries and qualify maturity of set-up projects.
•Prior eligibility check/assessment of needs and advising on set-up options and promote FCCS packages accordingly by explaining the set-up process, presenting full range of FCCS services to prospects through meetings, phone calls and emails.
•Follow-up with the prospection funnel to maximise the conversion rate from prospects to clients.
•Once the service is confirmed, follow-up the whole process with FCCS partners and internal team until our turn-key setup package is delivered/completed.
•Keep all information/documentation updated at all times, including the CRM system.
Promoting our services and growing awareness:
•Pro-actively promote all corporate services in order to develop activity, as well as
other FCCS services (membership, market study, etc.) when applicable.
•Produce documentation on regulatory evolution, insights and services.
•Keep up to date about regulations, process changes and update documentation when necessary.
- Ad-hoc missions related to Corporate Services department.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business or administration;
- CEI certification – willingness to take the exam before starting at the FCCS, if not already certified;
- Great writing and communication skills in English to liaise with clients and various governmental agencies; (MOM,..);
- Experience in a similar role and familiarity with MOM procedures for work passes would be a plus;
- Excellent interrelation;
- Great sense of contact and initiative;
- Autonomous and good planning capacities;
- Good team spirit, at ease in a multicultural environment;
- Pleasant disposition;
- Some basic French understanding would be a plus.
