We are looking for an individual to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily retail operations, including inventory management and sales
  • Mix formulated paints and varnish paintings
  • Welcome and guide customers with high energy and create an amazing experience
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures
  • Maintain a visually appealing and wellstocked store environment
  • Train and manage a team of parttime crew schedules and culture
  • Work with the marketing and product team to implement social media promotional campaigns and initiatives
Potential career paths include growth to Country Manager and International Country Manager.
