Job Title:
Customer Experience Executive

- *
  • Fulfill all aspects of sales support shipments and sample orders including entering customer orders, following up on the wish date and requirements, processing shipping tickets and maintaining supporting documentation/records
  • Manage stock of sample material and necessary supplies for smooth and efficient operation of the Sample Center, enter sample orders on a as needed basis for nonmanaged domestic accounts, providing order confirmation to account managers and customers
  • Create and manage reorder points for key codes shipping out of the sample center
  • Ensure the sample stock meets the established minimum standards for remaining shelf life (via Best Before Dates) before shipment domestically and Internationally
  • Participate in physical inventory count of samples
  • Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of Kalsec's business relationship and practices with both domestic and international channel partners and sales staff
  • Achieve the shortest transit times with minimum cost to both Kalsec and customer
  • To be aware of the company's Q.A. policy and objectives and observe these policy provisions and fulfill in all respects

Experience/Skills:

Required:
v Diploma, Degree or equivalent

v Excellent communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written

v Order entry experience

v Positive phone etiquette ("speak with a smile")

v Detail orientation with accuracy

v Helpful, team player

v Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast paced work environment

v Inventory Management Experience

v Experience with manufacturing equipment operation
