We are seeking an experienced, passionate customer experience manager to join our growing team.

This position will lead our team and work with our customers to create the best possible customer experience from initial contact through to after-sale support.


In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing customer journey initiatives, often through customer facing processes, tools, and initiatives.

You will lead customer surveys, research customer insights, and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

You will build effective relationships with customers by responding to their inquiries and complaints in an efficient manner and recommend customer experience improvements to management.

Additionally, you will help to identify and anticipate customer demands, design support products and services accordingly, and manage the customer service team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and execute the Customer Engagement strategy in line with organizational goals
  • Manage Pre Sales & Post Sales engagement activities
  • Drive Retail & Online customer engagements to increase customer NPS & retention
  • Coordinate with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment
  • Manage Product Quality reports and provide recommendations to management
  • Support customer facing initiatives from marketing and events

Job Requirement

  • Diploma Holder & Above, relevant qualifications in this role will be a plus.
  • At least Five years working experience in a related field
  • Preferably specializing in customer facing and project management roles
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Able to multitask
  • Good organisational skills and meticulous
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel
