Job Description
As an Account Developer , your primary objective will be to open new accounts with multinational companies in Asia and nurture relationships with our existing clients for Wavestone Asia's key offerings (Cybersecurity, CTO/CIO Advisory, and Agile Transformation). Playing a crucial role at the forefront of our work, you will learn directly from our consultants (and clients) the value we deliver.
The role includes:
Conduct market intelligence/analysis to identify leads
Undertake preliminary sales work including cold call, lead qualification, sales meeting, proposal preparation, secure pitch, etc.
Build strong business relations with existing clients and strategic individual account plan to maximise account potential
Work with the team to develop & nurture relationships with our existing clients to meet their needs
Maintain CRM system and prepare sales report
Qualifications
Up to 4 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably within consulting firms
Experience working with MNCs (experience in the IT or finance sector is preferred)
Experience handling accounts in Singapore market is a strong plus
Excellent command of spoken & written English; an additional language is a plus
Strong interpersonal & relationship skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
Self-driven & results-oriented
Contract negotiation skills
