Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager, Sales & Business Development to join our team at Speedcast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in energy, agriculture, cruise, maritime, mining, and EEM business verticals
  • Manage relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the Professional Services & TSI business operations
  • Industry knowledge of client/EPC relationships on large capital projects
  • Technical or engineering background for mid-level technical discussions
  • Experience in managing customer relationships and driving engagement
  • Proven ability to negotiate prices and margins for bids and proposals
