About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to drive our sales and marketing efforts in the Asia region. As a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the regional sales teams to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and brand objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives to expand market share, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand awareness in the Asia region.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies and policies tailored to the Asia market, ensuring alignment with company objectives and product positioning.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead technical and marketing teams to develop and execute product strategies aligned with regional sales objectives and relevant marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and support sales efforts in the Asia region.
  • Provide sales forecasts, performance metrics, and market analysis to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners to enhance sales opportunities, drive customer loyalty, and strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance against targets and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve objectives.
Requirements

We are looking for experienced sales and business development professionals with strong leadership skills. As a minimum, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with added qualification in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the HVAC aftermarket parts industry or similar sector.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement through effective product/pricing strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, derive actionable insights, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM systems, E-Commerce, marketing automation platforms, and pricing data analysis or optimization tools is a plus.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering value to the organization.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, integrity, and ethical business practices.
  • Strong self-starter and self-driven individual with a demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in achieving objectives, proactively identify and address challenges, as well as seize opportunities for improvement.
