**Senior Technical Sales Manager (SUD)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with General Managers to ensure adequate representation of their respective business units.
- Manages an operating mechanism that allows for detailed interaction of TSS colleagues with their respective internal working partners including other Bioproduction Account Managers, FAS’s, Core Account Managers, and Inside Sales teams.
- Builds and implements strategies regarding SUT while employing competitive intelligence - win/loss analysis - strategic analysis - sales techniques.
- Drive new product introduction or other important messaging activities, generally in close collaboration with Market Development, Product Management, Field Applications and other TSS colleagues.
- Provides commercial leadership, guidance, and mentorship in a variety of sales situations.
- Facilitate geographical connections, leverage standard methodologies between covered territories as well as coordinate approaches between global sites within the Bioproduction Group while maintaining an emphasis on SUT.
Keys to Success:
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in a Life Science or Engineering related field, Master's Degree preferred
**Experience**
- 8+ years with Life Science product sales, preferably bioproduction related
- Experience building, leading, and encouraging teams towards unified business goals in a high paced commercial environment
- High level proficiency in understanding Sales Incentive Plans
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Understanding of the Bioproduction environment, key players, competitors, as well as general workflow.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce as well as Business Intelligence dashboards
- High level competence in selling skills, familiarity with different selling approaches
- Global commercial sales experience in APAC countries
