**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Marine Industry Technical Sales Manager for a full-time on-site position based in Singapore. The Technical Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of sales operations, including technical sales, technical support, customer service and sales initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated regions.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requiremen
- Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- Marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing event
- Visiting shipyards to arrange leads for new tenders
- Meeting with customers, shipyards, and Naval Organizations to follow up on ongoing and new inquiry
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/production engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of in product sales and services.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as and when needed.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
