Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Tech Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong technical knowledge and sales expertise to join our team as a Tech Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Baillor in selling complex technical solutions to customers, and provide technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform sales approaches.
  • Manage sales performance data to track progress against goals and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in tech sales, with a strong understanding of technical products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Possess good leadership skills with a high level of personal responsibility and self-motivation.
