Roles Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical sales department. Lead the team of technical sales specialists and other support staff and establish and uphold department policies, practices, and customer relations standards.
2. Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information.
3. Provide solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products.
4. Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients. Keep customers informed about new technological products. Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.

Technical Skills & Competencies

1. Manage daily operations of the technical sales team
2. Answers inquiries and questions from customers
3. Provide solutions to complex business problems
4. Liaising with customers and provide sales support
