
Technical Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the products and Services.
- Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and engage potential clients, nurture relationships, and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the assigned regions.
- Technical Consultation: Provide in-depth technical expertise to clients, articulating the features and benefits of our products and tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies, leveraging this information to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Product Development and Service Delivery, to ensure alignment between sales objectives and product capabilities.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for management, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the software development or IT services industry. Experience in selling SaaS products or service desk solutions is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of web and wireless technologies, with the ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Regional Experience: Familiarity with the business landscapes of Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, including cultural and regulatory considerations.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned regions as required.
