Key Account Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Service, develop and manage accounts by achieving and maximizing sales, revenue and profit objective.
- Manage sales growth and monitor accounts’ performance & distribution
- To develop, and take ownership of key account operational issues and propose solution to solve within timeline
- Work closely with internal cross-functional to ensure efficient and effective execution.
- To undertake regular field visits/steady in-store visitation frequency to ensure/monitor displays, to develop relationships at the store level, keep abreast of, and provide feedback on competitive developments and gauge consumer purchase patterns
- To perform other assign ad-hoc duties
- To build good working relationship and understand the customer in order to anticipate and satisfy customer needs through differentiated and value-added customer service and customer care activities.
- To be in regular touch with customer’s senior management, to develop the business relationship.
- To conduct half-yearly business reviews with the assigned customer accounts to improve performance and develop Hola’s business within the account.
- To monitor and to ensure collection of any outstanding amount from the customers promptly (if applicable).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- Presentation and communication skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Results-driven with great commercial acumen
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, negotiations and presentation skills
- Independent employee and able to work under pressure and problems solving
- Interest or Knowledge in Fragrance, Cosmetic and Skincare brands and products preferred
