">We are seeking a Sales Account Manager Lead to join our team at MONDELEZ SINGAPORE SALES PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key account teams to achieve strategic growth goals, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
">- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet commercial priorities, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate with account representatives to secure favorable agreements and contracts, leveraging your excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Support account managers in developing and executing sales plans, analyzing sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities, meeting commercial priorities and driving results.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Ability to negotiate and influence, building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
