**About the role**:
We're looking for an exceptional Head of Sales with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join our founding sales team The sales team is responsible for landing new SMEs/ Enterprise for the Nas.io business and enterprise solution, generating net new ARR for Nas.io from customers. As the founding member of the team, you'll be instrumental in helping define our GTM and sales process, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it

**What you'll achieve**:
- As the Head of Sales, you will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer in creating a strategy to develop net new revenue in the mid-market/enterprise segment for Nas.io business products.
- You will be Nas Company’s face to businesses and large scale organisations.
- Help build the strategy and foundations of Sales at Nas.io including building playbooks and defining our sales motion
- Prospect and develop new potential accounts by educating contacts about how community should be part of their company’s strategy and why they should be building with Nas.io
- Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quota
- Buddy with the Account Management teams to onboard new customers and honing our customer journey to set new customers up for longer term success with Nas.io
- Meaningfully shape our future product
- You will recruit, develop and lead a team of new business Account Executives, overseeing day-to-day activity while setting clear expectations and managing performance goals.
**What skills you'll need to bring**:
- You are inspired by our mission of _bringing people together _
- You have 8+ years of tech sales experience, including at least 2+ years of full cycle sales at a fast growing software company, selling to Director, VP, and C-level with a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline, qualify a high volume of new opportunities, and close deals.
- A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
- A phenomenally strong communicator, with a high EQ and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- You have a growth mindset and thrive in the building stage of a nascent team
- An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity
- You have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem solving as part of a global leadership team
- You've built new business sales playbooks or processes
- You've been a first or early hire at a fast growing start up before
- Ability to function in a “Player/Coach” capacity as we scale
