**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious Head of Sales to drive the business development efforts of our Events, Retail, and Long-Term Rental solutions across the Far East. Key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying potential key opportunities and maximizing sales output from these, including arranging calls and meetings whilst managing multiple business development engagements to achieve a robust pipeline;
- Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of key customer needs;
- Being fully conversant in our solutions and advising clients on services and products through upselling and cross-selling;
- Undertaking market research and analysis to inform the business planning process to ensure all business development opportunities are optimized;
- Achieving forecasted growth while following a defined strategy by achieving monthly personal targets;
- Monitoring and recording all sales figures and producing monthly sales reports.
- Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals.
- Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
- Working closely with the global team to identify opportunities and provide support and assistance when required.
- In line with the Lowe brand, acting with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Significant experience in an individual contributor business development or sales role, preferably with experience within the events or retail sector;
- Proven track record of successfully converting sales leads into tangible business wins;
- Demonstrable ability to communicate highly technical information to non-technical audiences;
- Experience in working successfully in a busy and diverse environment;
- Experience in successfully selling new products into new and existing markets would be highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management capability;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in creating or contributing to robust and persuasive client presentations;
- Ability to create and sustain professional relationships;
- Proactive in approach to sales opportunities.
