Job Description:
Our client is a premier sell-side brokerage firm specializing in equities, fixed income, derivatives, and other financial instruments. They provide institutional and high-net-worth clients with top-tier trading solutions, market insights, and execution services. At this moment, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and grow their brokerage sales division. The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the client base, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of financial markets, and expertise in sell-side brokerage services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in institutional sales, client relationship management, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities across institutional and high-net-worth clients.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives and expand the firm's product offerings to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, asset managers, and other key clients.
- Lead high-touch engagement with clients, providing market insights and value-added services.
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction by delivering tailored brokerage solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure success. - Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies and client offerings.
- Work closely with research and trading teams to align sales efforts with market opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to manage client onboarding and risk exposure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 10+ years of experience in institutional sales, brokerage, or investment banking.
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of equity, fixed income, and derivatives markets.
- Extensive network of institutional clients, hedge funds, and asset managers.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks in sell-side brokerage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
