Head of Sales

This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the sales strategies and teams to ensure that the company's investment products are effectively marketed and sold.
Key Job Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience within institutional sales, selling and servicing clients with investment strategy and ideas covering Indonesia market. This includes a senior sales leadership experience managing distribution and institutional sales teams.
- Further working knowledge in the Indonesian capital market, in public equities public debt as well as private market products, and dealing with distributors as well as institutions.
- Sales Leadership Experience: Senior sales leadership experience managing distribution and institutional sales teams, with a strong ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Indonesian Capital Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian capital market, including public equities, public debt, and private market products, as well as experience dealing with distributors, institutions, and government entities, such as: Indonesian insurance companies, Pension funds, Corporates, State-owned companies, Government institutions.
- Marketing and Product Development: Experience in managing marketing processes for investment products and assisting in product development, with a working knowledge of product development principles.
- Language Skills: Due to the role engaging primarily with Indonesian speaking clients as well as counterparties, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia will be a pre-requisite in this role.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a small team environment, taking on responsibilities outside of sales, and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Public Speaking Experience: Experienced in delivering speeches at public events to diverse audiences, with a strong ability to craft high-quality presentations and deliver them with confidence and clarity.

- Experience working with international investors and institutions
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks in Indonesia
