Head of Sales

SALES
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Work closely with the top management on the execution of sales and promotion activities.
- Leading and mentoring sales teams to achieve excellence
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity
- Optimizing sales processes and performance metrics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer service) to develop new treatments, protocols, packages to maximize profit
- Ensuring operational efficiency, productivity, and cost management
- Making data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improvement
OPERATION
- Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure clinic smooth operation, including manpower planning and duty roster
- Oversee day-to-day Branch operations.
- Provide training to Branch Managers, Consultants, Aestheticians and Wellness Therapists.
- Set up Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) strategy for the Company.
- Assist in Management and Service Recovery process.
- Manage staff performance and discipline.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within beauty brands
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing multiple teams
- Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets efficiently
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation with experience in professionally handling complaints
- Flexibility to work weekends and thrive in a fast-paced environment
