**About Our Team**:
The TikTok Global Talent Management (TM) team is responsible for the global talent strategy and aims to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in technology at TikTok, in order to ensure the organizational capabilities needed for executing its strategy and sustainable advantage relative to the competition. We are looking for a Talent Management Partner who can support the integration of multiple Centers of Expertise's (COEs) work across every phase of the employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, talent & leadership development, internal mobility, recognition & rewards, performance management, and engagement), and align all of it to a common culture and expectation of inclusive behavior, and support HRBPs in being the face of it to their business, so that TikTok can bring its desired employer brand to life. This role is expected to have experience in Talent Management and consulting to support talent programs and processes. This role will report to the TikTok Talent Management Lead.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute strategic needs assessments including field-based research, data analysis, interviews, and focus groups; support the integration of Center of Expertise (COE) solutions, and provide talent management support through business changes.
- Implement competency models and talent assessments (e.g., hiring assessments, high potential assessments, 360 assessments) to align all phases of the employee life cycle to a common set of cultural and leadership expectations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations and Talent Acquisition on workforce plans, scorecard-based hiring process, training improvement, and enhancements to the applicant tracking system.
- Execute talent planning process and follow-up actions, curate development experiences in partnership with business leadership teams and external firms to support development plans, build career development tools for managers to support their own development and/or that of their people.
- Use various TikTok talent and development tools, and talent data, to support the identification of trends and recommendations, and to support the consulting of businesses on the use of performance management tools and resources.
- Support the process for preparing organization design alternatives, testing them against design criteria, and aligning leadership groups around design selection and implementation.
- Support the utilization of tools such as succession planning, performance management, and engagement survey action planning, so that the team can influence and develop leaders to promote a performance culture.
- 4+ years of experience in talent management.
- Ability to understand business priorities, opportunities and challenges, and external influencing factors.
- Experience supporting consulting projects in talent strategy, including diagnostic thinking, needs analyses & data analysis, and managing expectations.
- Experience supporting the development of talent strategies, including high potential identification and acceleration, assessment, succession planning, career development planning, and talent movement.
- Experience supporting change management efforts that help clients plan and lead change effectively, by using consulting skills and providing relevant change frameworks and tools.
- Strong project management to ensure completion and implementation of projects or programs on time and within budget.
- Measurement and evaluation skills including knowledge of methodologies and ability to design systems to measure the impact of tools, processes, and interventions on performance.
