As a Talent Development Partner, you will work as an individual contributor and focus on strategic Leader and Team development for the Global Growth and Revenue organizations. IAS Talent Development Team is committed to helping build a culture of learning within the organization. We believe that the keys to personal and team growth & success are rooted in continuous learning. The L & D team works as a small, lean consultative team, and partners with both Business and HR leaders to scale individual and team development.

**What you'll get to do**:

- Focus on sales manager and team development, working independently with leaders and high-priority teams to support them in being as effective (impactful and engaged) as possible.
- Diagnose, design, and deliver high-impact leader and team opportunities, leveraging existing methodologies, tools, and resources and in close partnership w/ respective HRBPs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and partnering with business leaders, especially as it relates to educating in how the team and individual development can impact their business/organizational needs and the subsequent needs of their teams to learn, grow and thrive.
- Design and execute innovative, scalable learning solutions that enable building a continuous learning culture and that supports, "just in time, just enough" learning.
- Ensure sales training materials are up to date and accessible to sales.
- Support the Growth and Revenue team onboarding program and drive process improvements to quickly ramp new employees.
- Provide guidance to new hires and sales managers during their onboarding experience and ongoing professional development.
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions that impact the success of projects and initiatives.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Solid aptitude for learning new systems and tools.
