Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner for Business Units
Strategy and Planning
- Manages full recruitment cycle for Business Units
- Working closely with various Business Units to understand their hiring needs
- Posting advertisements for internal and external job posting
- Ensuring that hiring are kept within budgeted headcount and approvals
- Attend career fair, scholarship events to promote brand awareness the public and students respectively
- Ad-hoc projects
Business Performance and Management
- Update of spreadsheets such as recruitment tracker, staff, movement List for new joiners, resignees, promotion and transfer
- Provide monthly hiring and people reports to relevant department
People Management
- Application of work passes for foreign workers
- Assist business units with hiring enquiries and response to them promptly
- Assist staff enquiries on daily basis such as provided Certificate of Employment, Visa letters, NS deferment letters etc.
Regulatory Compliance
- Maintenance of P-files for the Bank
- Ad-hoc requirements in line with regulatory needs
**Requirements**:
- Min 3 years of working experience in recruitment
- In-house HR or banking background preferred
