**Purpose**:
Partner with managers and leaders in Zurich Singapore to determine human capital requirements, address people challenges and implement required people initiatives to deliver the business strategy.

**Key Job Accountabilities**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with the business Unit/functional leadership team and other internal/external stakeholders
- Partner with the Head of HR and other business leaders to establish the HR strategy and implement identified people initiatives to attract, engage, develop and retain the best talent to deliver the business strategy
- Act as trusted adviser and thought partner on operational and strategic HR issues
- Consult with and advise managers and leaders on employee issues including disciplinary issues, performance management issues, re-structuring and organizational development needs
- Collaborate with HR CoEs and other relevant stakeholders to draft HR policies and processes in compliance with the organization´s rules and regulations
- Advise and support managers and employees with HR processes to ensure alignment across the organization
- Analyze key themes from a wide range of data sources (i.e., engagement surveys, organizational health surveys, exit surveys etc.) to identify and implement required actions to address potential issues/challenges
- Collaborate with HR Services Team to ensure preparation of HR analytics and statutory compliance reports
- Lead initiatives around diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing
- Lead strategic workforce planning and budgeting activities
- Participate in HR audits in ensure compliance with local and regional regulations/requirements
- Prepare HR communications and partner with the talent acquisition team on employer branding activities
- Lead the implementation of other HR projects and ensure that these are delivered on time and within the allocated budget
- Interpret, adapt and execute regional and global HR initiatives to support local needs
- Provide strategic change management consultation to support organizational design and development
- Provide guidance and mentoring support to team members

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources or related disciplines and at least 10 years of experience in HR roles, of which at least 5 years have been spent in HR business partnering roles
- Strong knowledge of general HR practices, processes, policies and local labour regulations
- Cultural agility, high degree of empathy and ability to manage ambiguity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, is a self-starter with a desire to learn
- International experience; accustomed to working in a global team across time zones
