**About the role:
Hyperganic is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to be based in Singapore. Being an integral member of the People Operations team, you will work closely with senior management to provide strategic and tactical support across various HR functions including talent development and management, employee relations, organizational develop, and HR operations globally. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will develop solutions addressing Hyperganic’s operational needs while aligning our long-term people plans with the overall business strategy.

**You will**:

- Plan and drive the implementation of standardized business-driven HR initiatives such as leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, change management, cultural leadership and organizational strategy and design
- Advise and support senior management on all HR related matters, ensuring policies and procedures are handled consistently and promptly, and in compliance with employment legislation
- Develop and execute future organizational design and change management initiatives to maintain high-performing and motivated teams
- Be a company culture champion and implement cultural initiatives
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, best practices, regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related fields
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR Business Partnering with demonstrated capability to interact with executive leaders across multiple sites, preferably in a tech or start-up environment
- Possesses an in-depth understanding and knowledge across multiple HR functional areas, e.g.: Performance Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition etc.
- Displays strong analytical, judgement and presentation skills to provide senior management with overviews on HR matters
- Holds a high degree of professional ethics, integrity and understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality to handle sensitive data
- Hands on, with strong verbal and written communication, influencing, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones and offices
