Position Summary
The HR Business Partner is a strategic partner to business leaders and a trusted advisor to employees. This role bridges organizational goals with people strategies, ensuring that HR initiatives drive business performance and foster a positive workplace culture. The HRBP will be hands-on in supporting talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development, while also ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Acting as both a change champion and employee advocate, the role plays a vital part in building a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering & Advisory
Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and provide HR solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Provide advice on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
Act as the first point of contact for managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
Talent Management & Development
Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection for assigned functions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
Facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires.
Drive performance management cycles, providing coaching to managers and employees.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace well-being.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the business.
Conduct employee feedback sessions, exit interviews, and follow-up actions.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are effectively communicated and adhered to.
Partner with payroll and HR team members on employee lifecycle matters (e.g., contract management, transfers, exits).
Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards.
Projects & Change Management
Support HR transformation projects and change initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
Proven track record in stakeholder management and employee engagement.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
