DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleExclusive Networks is currently looking to employ a skilled HR Business Partner to join the team and support people activities within the EN business in Singapore working closely with the senior leadership. The role will also provide support throughout the SEAHK region as required.The role reports to the HR Director APAC and also the CM Singapore.This opportunity will see you provide high quality HR advice to managers and employees across the employee life cycle. This is an ideal role for an HR Business Partner looking to continue their career development in a supportive team environment.You’ll enjoy building strong relationships across your organisation and will be a subject matter expert across multiple areas of human resources.**As the HR Business Partner, you will:*** Act as a strategic business partner focussed on driving business performance through people* Provide operational HR advice and support to business leaders across the employee life-cycle* Partner with leaders to effectively manage people-related, workplace relations matters including misconduct and performance management issues and build leadership capability.* Build and maintain strong working relationships with your client group and across the wider organisation* Monitor and ensure legal compliance
with Singapore employment laws and regulations* Implement all Global HR initiatives (APR, ACR, Job levelling, Recruitment Strategy, Engagement Survey, Succession Planning and Talent Review) through partnering, coaching and educating the leaders to drive successful completion* Manage the HR dashboard on a monthly basis to proactively identify, analyze, assess and recommend appropriate solutions to business challengesQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you**The ideal HR Business Partner will be:-*** Degree qualified in HR* Strong HR business partner experience, ideally in a MNC would be highly regarded* Consultative and engaging HR approach with strong stakeholder relationship skills* Resilient and flexible in working style* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team* Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills* Ability to collaborate and work within a dynamic, diverse, growing business.* Strong commercial acumen,* Strong attention to detailWe are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
