This position contributes to organizational design and performance enhancement in support of business strategy. Communicate with each business manager to understand business issues and contribute to the creation of results through the development and implementation of HR strategies. In addition, we manage the global headcount and effectively manage human resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support and advice to business partner members
- Develop Human Resources Strategy
- Organizational Design for Realization of Company Strategies
- Global personnel expenses and headcount management
- Set up and facilitate meetings with management on HR strategies
- Promote organizational engagement
- Succession Planning and development of successors
- Reforms to more efficient work styles

- Knowledge of behavioral psychology
- General knowledge of HR
- Facilitation Skills
- Presentation Skills
- Experience in business strategy and organizational development
