Human Resources Business Partner (GC/AP)
Understand business and its drivers, build relationships with line manager/stakeholders to identify, provide HR input across a range of HR issues, and deliver solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Point of contact, provide advice on labour legislation, policies and procedures and work closely with Business Units to ensure smooth resolution on HR matters to mitigate risk, including disciplinary and grievance matters, enhancing communication, engagement and performance.
Working closely with business leaders on daily HR related matters
Drive and support the delivery of staff engagement plans (onboarding, staff dialogue, employees' recognition sessions) and positive employee experience interventions
Oversee implementation of HR policies and ensure significant changes are communicated to business units in a timely manner
Work with business leaders to provide input, insight, and advice on performance management. Collaborate with business leaders during performance management review using data and important qualitative insights.
Work with key stakeholders and specialists in HR to provide expertise in organisational development, career planning & development, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, people data analysis
Requirements
At least 8 – 10 years of business partner experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skill
